  • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, dashboards, decision logs, and concise executive communications for governance meetings and recurring Marketing routines.
  • Establish and maintain practical governance standards, templates, calendars, trackers, and ways of working to improve consistency and transparency across the Marketing organization.
  • Consolidate inputs, decisions, actions, and follow-ups from regional, local, global, and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring clear ownership and timely communication.

  • Experience coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives in a regional or multinational organization.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to structure complex information and communicate it clearly.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, stakeholders, and workstreams with a high level of autonomy.
  • Advanced English and Portuguese communication skills; Spanish is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or comparable productivity tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders through clarity, collaboration, follow-through, and sound judgment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree or specialization in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in the automotive, consumer goods, technology, or other complex, matrixed industries.
  • Experience with portfolio management, performance dashboards, process design, or enterprise project management tools.
  • Knowledge of financial planning, procurement, agency management, or marketing performance management.

Profile:

  • Strategic and structured thinker who can connect details to broader business priorities.
  • Collaborative professional who builds alignment across regional, local, global, and cross-functional teams.
