Meet Matan Shoshani Nahshon: Technical Project Manager. In the auto industry, which is emerging to the forefront of the tech world, Matan stands out.
"I'm a project manager at heart, even in my personal life,” Matan admits. “Ask my family or friends. They'll tell you I can get a day and a half's worth of productivity out of 24 hours, with everything planned down to the minute."
Always going above and beyond professionally, Matan’s traversed the Technion Israel Institute of Technology and now thrives here at GM.

Matan joined General Motors in early 2022. Her aim wasn’t just to fit in — she wanted to change the game. As the Technical Project Manager leading end-to-end delivery of camera and perception features within GM's Infotainment organization, Matan leads complex projects at the cutting edge of technology.
"Every day is a new challenge," she says with a smile, "and that’s exactly what I love."
Matan is more than a brilliant engineer. She’s a dedicated athlete, training four times a week to clear her mind and calm her constantly racing thoughts. Pun intended.
She’s also the dedicated wife of an accountant and mother to three young children. Her family lives in Binyamina and frequently enjoy the quiet, rural atmosphere.

During her impressive career, Matan set up a volunteer command center to support farmers. The project quickly grew, impacting hundreds of people.
"We worked with around 100 farmers and large volunteer groups, collaborated with institutional and private clients, and even launched a website,” Matan said.
Matan also plays an active role in GM’s Women’s Community and is part of GM Israel’s Employee Ambassador Program, sharing GM’s narrative on LinkedIn.
Matan’s story isn’t just about personal success. It embodies what we stand for here at GM: innovation, dedication, and work-life balance.
When we look to the future, the sky’s the limit — especially with people like Matan on our team. She’s not just a project manager: she’s turning innovative visions into reality every single day.
