Colombia Payroll Analyst
Hybrid: For this position, it is required to be on site 3 days per week.
What You Will Do (Responsibilities):

Execute Colombia payroll operations accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with internal controls and local labor regulations.

Prepare and execute payroll operational practices and work programs, including month‑end and year‑end activities.

Support payroll and timekeeping operational tasks, including legal reporting requirements such as Nómina Electrónica.

Navigate and utilize payroll systems effectively, including ADP GlobalView (GV) or similar platforms.
-
Perform payroll variance analysis to support payment approvals and accounting bookings.
-
Review and reconcile payroll filings and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
-
Support audit activities by preparing documentation and responding to external audit requests.
-
Manage access controls for critical payroll systems.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the definition of standard and scalable payroll processes.

Support training for new or enhanced payroll procedures and policies.
-
Provide backup coverage for team members during vacations or peak workload periods.

Implement and maintain payroll quality control measures.

Serve as the main point of contact for payroll‑related inquiries from assigned internal stakeholders, ensuring strong client service relationships.

Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including HR, Finance, Accounting, and external vendors.
Your Skills and Abilities (Required Qualifications):

Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll or related areas (HR, People Services, Accounting).

Experience working with payroll systems such as ADP or similar platforms.
-
Solid understanding of payroll processes, accounting principles, and statutory requirements.
-
Experience in a shared services environment.
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities while working collaboratively as part of a team.
-
Strong attention to detail with proven problem‑solving skills.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
-
English level: Intermediate (written and verbal).

Experience supporting payroll operations in multinational or matrix organizations.

Knowledge of tax regulations, payroll compliance, and HR processes specific to Colombia.
