Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as onsite. this means the successful candidate to report to the GM office full time.

The Role:

The Wholesale Manager leads GM Egypt's end-to-end wholesale vehicle sales operations across all volume streams (CKD & SUP). You will own the full cycle — volume planning, ordering, shipping, billing and returns — ensuring GM's financial targets, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction are consistently met.

What You'll Do:

  • Volume Planning: Lead wholesale forecasting aligned with annual and monthly rolling plans; consolidate distributor demand, production capacity and logistics constraints into feasible delivery plans in coordination with Sales Planning, Production and Finance.

  • Ordering, Shipping & Billing: Own accurate and timely vehicle ordering, shipping and billing to the distributor; track delivery plans and proactively resolve shortages, delays and mix deviations. Liaise with the General Traffic Department to secure traffic books and ensure smooth vehicle registration.

  • Distributor Management: Act as GM's primary wholesale interface with Al‑Mansour Automotive — covering volume plans, PO management, delivery execution, returns and campaigns. Lead regular operational reviews and manage escalations (delivery blocks, quality holds, PDI concerns).

  • Process Ownership & CI: Act as process owner for wholesale procedures within GM Egypt's VSM; identify gaps, drive improvements and support internal/external audits (ISO, internal control).

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, Legal and Vehicle Engineering on issues impacting vehicle quality, regulatory compliance (IDA), invoicing, inventory and specification changes.

  • Governance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with GM policies and local regulations; deliver regular KPI reporting on volumes, mix, stock, returns, aging and delivery adherence.

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualification)

Educational and Experience Background:

  • Bachelor's in Business Administration, Engineering or related field; MBA is a plus.

  • 7+ years in automotive/industrial sectors (sales operations, supply chain, planning or finance).

  • Strong knowledge of wholesale order-to-delivery processes, pricing, rebates and revenue recognition.
