-
Develop, integrate, and validate wrapper models that encapsulate I/O, gateways, plant interfaces, and required control interfaces for current and future vehicle programs
-
Establish and verify communications between vehicles and real-time platforms including dSPACE - Scalexio and MABXIII
-
Configure and validate instrumentation and interfaces for development vehicles, including navigation, sensing, and vehicle network communication systems
-
Develop and deploy controller gateways for actuators, ADAS controllers, and ACP systems, including signal routing, scaling, timing alignment, and interface validation
-
Perform signal-level verification and end-to-end validation of controller interfaces, including range, rate, latency, integrity, and fault handling
-
Implement and validate selective ECU replacement and real-time ECU emulation solutions for development and test environments
-
Integrate AV control interfaces and AV-VMC middleware into vehicle platforms across current and future architectures for closed-loop operation
-
Support development and modification of dSPACE/ControlDesk layouts, dashboards, diagnostic tools, and MATLAB/CAN-based data analysis utilities
-
Execute and support vehicle, HiL, and simulation-based validation activities, including regression testing, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution with internal teams and external suppliers
-
Prepare vehicles and systems for winter testing through configuration validation, logging, diagnostics, and fallback strategy development
-
Support Milford Proving Ground integration activities, structured test events, and technical vehicle demonstrations
-
Document network architecture, configurations, integration results, verification findings, and readiness status for program milestones
