The role

The Marketing Lead Brazil is responsible for leading and orchestrating all

marketing operations in Brazil, across brand-building and retail activation. This person will ensure an integrated marketing strategy that strengthens brand equity, drives traffic and leads to the dealer network, and supports business objectives for Brazil in alignment with South America and global guidelines.

What you will do (responsabilities):
 

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and lead the Brazil marketing execution, balancing brand-building initiatives and retail/traffic-driving activities.

  • Translate regional and global brand strategies into locally relevant plans, ensuring consistent positioning and messaging across all touchpoints.

  • Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans, budgets, and KPIs for Brazil, monitoring performance and optimizing as needed.

Brand Communication

  • Lead integrated communication plans for major launches, always-on brand campaigns, product pillars.

  • Ensure correct and consistent use of brand guidelines across all materials

  • Partner with regional/global marketing, product, and communication teams to adapt toolkits and assets to the Brazilian market.

  • Oversee development of creative assets with agencies, from briefing to approval, ensuring high standards of creativity and effectiveness.

Retail and Dealer Marketing

  • Lead retail marketing strategy to support sales and dealer network performance (campaigns, promotions, offers, and tactical communication).

  • Define and coordinate national retail campaigns and frameworks, ensuring alignment with sales priorities and business objectives.

  • Support dealer network with guidelines, toolkits, and best practices for local activation (online and offline).

  • Coordinate with Sales, Network, and CRM teams to drive traffic, leads, and conversion throughout the funnel.

Stakeholder Management; Governance

  • Act as the main marketing point of contact for Brazil with Sales, Finance, Product, Communications, and regional/global marketing.

  • Manage relationships and performance of external partners (creative agencies, media agencies, digital partners, production).

  • Ensure budget discipline, forecast accuracy, and timely execution of all marketing activities.

  • Prepare and present business cases, performance reviews, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, develop, and coach a high-performing marketing team focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Foster an integrated mindset between brand and retail, ensuring that all initiatives contribute both to brand equity and business results.

  • Promote a data-informed, test-and-learn culture, encouraging innovation and agility within the team.

Your skills and abilities (required qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA or post-graduate degree is a plus.

  • Fluency in English

  • Solid experience in marketing roles, with a strong mix of brand and retail/performance responsibilities.

  • Proven track record in leading integrated campaigns in Brazil.

  • Experience in automotive or other multi-channel consumer industries is highly valued.

  • Demonstrated experience managing teams and leading cross-functional projects.

  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights and data into actionable marketing plans.

  • Deep understanding of the Brazilian consumer, media landscape, and retail dynamics.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills; ability to influence and align multiple stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable interacting with senior leadership.

  • Strong analytical and financial acumen (budget management, ROI analysis, KPI tracking).

  • High level of organization, ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
