  • Support environmental requirements, sustainability initiatives, and energy-management objectives within assigned facilities.
  • Lead complex problem solving and project execution across multiple sites, balancing tactical execution with long-term facility strategy.

Your Skills & Abilities

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships across diverse stakeholder groups.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Access; experience with CAD and Maximo is preferred.
  • Agility, creativity, and a results-oriented mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, multi-site environment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Business, or a related technical field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities operations, building maintenance, workplace services, property management, manufacturing support, or a related field.
  • Experience coordinating external service providers, contractors, or subcontractors.
  • Experience supporting safety, compliance, maintenance, and continuous-improvement activities in a complex operational environment.
