En Sitio:  Esta posición requiere asistir presencial en sitio 

Objetivo del puesto

Apoyar en la identificación, análisis y mejora de procesos productivos mediante estudios de ergonomía, seguridad industrial y eficiencia operativa, contribuyendo al bienestar del personal y a la mejora continua de las áreas de trabajo.
Perfil requerido

  • Estudiante activo de Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín (mínimo 6 semestre).
  • Disponibilidad de 8 horas por día / 5 días a la semana.
  • Interés por el área industrial, ergonomía y mejora de procesos.

Responsabilidades principales

Apoyar en la realización de estudios ergonómicos en diferentes áreas operativas.

Participar en mediciones y análisis de ruido, iluminación y vibraciones .

Colaborar en el análisis de cuello de botella en procesos productivos.

  • Apoyar en estudios de tiempos y movimientos para identificar oportunidades de mejora.
  • Documentar resultados, elaborar reportes y apoyar en presentaciones de hallazgos.
  • Brindar soporte a proyectos de mejora continua y seguridad industrial.
