Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as hybrid on mid shift (3pm to 12am) . This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the office three times per week or other frequency dictated by the business.
The Role
The Senior Intercompany Analyst is a key contributor within the finance organization, responsible for managing complex intercompany accounting processes, performing specific individual contributor responsibilities, and supporting day-to-day operational execution. This role serves as an intercompany operations team leader within its area of responsibility, balancing direct ownership of assigned process work with coordination of workflow activities, resolution of complex issues across entities and regions, and provision of day-to-day functional direction to indirect team members to help ensure work is completed accurately, consistently, and on time. The analyst applies strong knowledge of intercompany processes, policies, and controls to execute their own scope of work, promote standard execution, support sound issue resolution, and address operational challenges that affect overall intercompany effectiveness. This role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders and supports stable team execution through a combination of individual contribution, operational guidance, and issue resolution, while formal people management responsibility remains outside the role.

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.

Relevant experience in intercompany accounting, general accounting, financial operations, reconciliation, close-related activities, or audit.

Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across functions and interact with stakeholders at different levels.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and judgment skills, with the ability to resolve non-routine issues within established guidelines.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex intercompany issues, reconciliations, and cross-entity operational challenges.

Experience balancing individual contributor responsibilities with day-to-day operational coordination within a team environment.

Ability to provide functional guidance, support execution discipline, and coordinate workflow across indirect team members or partner teams.

Proficiency in relevant financial systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel to support operational execution and issue resolution.

Willingness to work in a hybrid setup, mid-shift (3:00 PM to 12:00 MN), and night shift during peak season.
