  • Support dashboards, process analytics, and risk based alarm management that help Supplier Quality Engineers distinguish data quality issues from meaningful process/product risk and drive appropriate containment, corrective action, and closure.

  • Coordinate with suppliers, Supplier Quality Engineers, Product Engineering, Data Engineering, SDQ Operations, purchasing and supply chain, and plant teams across APQP, Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Run at Rate, Start of Regular Production, and current production milestones.

  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, revisions, connect part characteristics across quality documents, assess data traceability or schema conformance

  • Ability to analyze trends, process signals, distinguish data-quality issues from true product risk, or translate findings into practical supplier actions

  • Strong communication, facilitation, and project-management skills, including the ability to work effectively with suppliers and global cross-functional teams.

What Can Give You a Competitive Advantage (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience implementing or supporting digital quality, manufacturing data, supplier data exchange, dashboards, or analytics solutions.

  • Proficiency with Excel and Power BI; familiarity with APIs, secure file transfer protocol (SFTP) or file-based exchanges, SQL, or similar data-integration concepts.

  • Knowledge of IATF 16949, Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG) quality tools, supplier data governance, or production process monitoring.

  • Experience creating supplier training, standard work, playbooks, or readiness reviews that improve adoption and sustainment.
