Description
Hybrid: for this position is required to be on site 3x/week. Frequent travel is expected, including both domestic (within the country of base) and international trips across the APU region (Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay) and also Brazil.
What you will do (responsibilities):
Go-to-Market Planning & Analytics
Identify, size and prioritize coverage and performance opportunities in the IAM (Independent Aftermarket) for the APU region (Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay), using car parc, market share, IAM mix and channel data as key inputs.
Design, implement and continuously refine a regional methodology to measure IAM coverage, performance and parts market share, fully aligned with CCA IAM definitions.
Own the IAM KPI and reporting cadence for APU (e.g. IAM Mix, Gross Sales Add, Market Share, Coverage, channel and dealer performance), turning data into clear and actionable insights for commercial, marketing and network teams.
Work closely with commercial, product marketing, dealers, e-commerce and special projects teams to translate insights into tactical plans (campaigns, incentive programs, wholesalers initiatives, etc.) that improve coverage and performance.
Partner with regional IAM/CCA teams to pilot and deploy new tools, methodologies and processes (e.g. Wholesale 4.0, DDS, consultancy model), ensuring regional alignment with corporate strategy and optimal use of resources.
Field Execution & Development
Conduct regular field visits across Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay to identify business opportunities, assess dealer and distributor performance, and strengthen relationships with key channel partners (dealers, parts distributors and wholesalers).
Support and structure consultative management with dealers, distributors and wholesalers, including opportunity mapping, action plan definition, governance and follow-up to ensure disciplined execution and KPI delivery.
Develop and maintain regional processes and routines (monthly performance reviews, 1:1s) engaging cross-functional and country IAM teams, continuously improving effectiveness and efficiency of IAM execution.
Skills and abilities (required qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing or related fields.
Advanced Spanish (oral and written) required; English intermediate level required; Portuguese is a plus.
Experience in the automotive aftersales is mandatory.
Previous experience in business roles such as aftersales, business representative, sales operations, e-commerce, administration, marketing or product management.
Solid experience working with data and KPIs (Excel, dashboards, reports); experience with Power BI or similar tools is a strong plus.
Availability for frequent domestic and international travel within the APU region.

Experience in the independent aftermarket (will be a plus).
Strong analytical skills and a strategic, data-driven mindset, able to transform complex data into simple, actionable recommendations.
Proven ability to execute strategy through others, influencing commercial, marketing and other teams without direct authority.
Strong financial acumen, comfortable with revenue, margin and investment/return analysis to drive profitable decisions.
Ability to lead and collaborate with innovation projects and with multidisciplinary teams, balancing regional needs with guidelines.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, capable of aligning multiple stakeholders and driving engagement across different countries and cultures.
High level of initiative, ownership and accountability for results, with resilience in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.

This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the selected candidate is expected to report to a specific location at least 3 times a week {or other frequency dictated by their manager}.
The selected candidate will be required to travel <25% for this role.
