Work Arrangement
This role is designated as onsite , requiring the successful candidate to work full‑time from the GM office.
Your Role:
Sales Planning & Reporting Manager is responsible for developing short-term business plans and budgets for imported and locally manufactured vehicles. It oversees retail and wholesale forecasting, monthly performance closure, reporting, and vehicle availability against targets. The role provides strategic insights through market, competitor, segment, pricing, and promotional analysis. It also manages SUP ordering, dealer shipment and backlog updates, logistics documentation, and vehicle order forms.
What You'll Do:

Build and maintain the short-term business plan and budget for imported and locally manufactured vehicles.

Own the monthly retail and wholesale forecast, securing vehicle availability against targets.

Run the monthly retail closure and deliver the reporting pack.

Report monthly on segment analysis, competitor activity and YTD performance versus plan.

Track players, models and segment share from industry and registration data, flagging risk and opportunity early.

Build the business cases behind pricing strategy and promotional campaigns.

Manage SUP ordering and monthly order input, and keep dealers current on shipment and backlog status.

Handle shipping and logistics documentation

Review new specifications and issue order forms in line with the vehicle order guide.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualification)
Educational and Experience Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or Finance.

Minimum 3 years in sales planning, demand forecasting, or Automotive commercial reporting; automotive or distribution experience preferred.
