Job Description:
- Own monthly PTB and CPU performance for the plant; explain variances and drive corrective actions with Operations, IE and Maintenance.
- Build and maintain budget and forecasts (e.g., 2+10, 3+9, 4+8, 6+6) by account and cost center, keeping forecast accuracy within agreed ranges.
- Manage manufacturing accruals and PR tracking (energy, indirect material, services), reconciling PRs, usage and invoices.
- Develop and maintain simple tools/dashboards (Excel, Power BI, Power Platform apps) to improve visibility of costs, PRs and indirect spend.
- Lead/coordinate Cost Council and “coffee talk” initiatives: quantify savings, track status and ensure proper recording in Cost Council systems.
- Act as Finance lead on key OpEx/cost-reduction projects, validating financial methodology and benefits.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Admin or a related field.

More than 5 years of experience with financial concepts such as Accounts payables, receivables, invoices, expenses, bank transfers, etc

Proven expertise in Data Analysis and experience with various analytical tools and platforms.

Strong abilities to communicate and interact with others, creating synergies and alliances.

Effectively handling ambiguity and learning on the fly

Exceptional Customer-Focused mindset with a strong commitment to providing excellent Customer Service.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data manipulation and analysis, and PowerPoint for compelling presentations and Power BI

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in both Spanish and English.

The selected candidate will be required to travel <25% for this role.
