Hybrid: This position requires you to work on-site 3 times a week (Tue to Thu)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and sustain automotive plastic parts and sub-systems (Interior & Exterior), being responsible for product performance, quality, cost, & timing.
- Execute engineering strategies to Interior or Exterior products, in order to achieve on-time vehicle launches compliant to Safety & Regulation
- Interact with global teams to strengthen relationships with other foreign markets (multi-cultural work)
Required Skills (Qualifications)
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering
- Previous experience in automotive industry (preferred with plastic parts / sub-systems)
- Proficiency in project management skills
- Advanced English (written & oral communication)
- Results-Oriented (ability to stay focused on quality, cost, and efficiency);
- Effective interpersonal skills that focus and influence others, including those which may have priority differences with yours
- Availability to travel sporadically
- Driver license (CNH) active
What Can Give You A Competitive Edge (Preference Qualifications)
- Previous experience with vehicle parts / sub-systems development and launch
- Knowledge of plastic injection mold tools and understanding of quality tools application and methodologies
- AI literacy and interaction to support digital transformation and work-efficiency based on new tools;

This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the selected candidate is expected to report to a specific location at least 3 times a week {or other frequency dictated by their manager}.
The selected candidate will be required to travel <25% for this role.
This job is not eligible for relocation benefits. Any relocation costs would be the responsibility of the selected candidate.
