Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as hybrid on night shift (8pm to 5am) . This means the successful candidate is expected to report to GM Philippines office three times per week or other frequency dictated by the business.
What You'll Do
Business & Data Analysis
-
Perform data analysis across RTP processes to identify trends, bottlenecks, defects, and improvement opportunities
-
Translate business questions into data requirements, extract data from SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, and related systems, and synthesize insights into concise, actionable recommendations.

Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical views (e.g., using SAP tools, Excel, Power BI, or similar) to support decision-making and post go-live performance tracking.

Support impact assessments, business cases, and benefit tracking for RTP transformation initiatives
Transformation & Hypercare Support
-
Utilize your process improvement, system implementation, and project management skills to innovate, deliver solutions, and contribute to global transformation projects that impact the results of the company

Develop a deep understanding of the business by facilitating workshops to capture business and IT partner objectives, pain-points, and opportunities, and translating them into world class processes and technology enablers
-
Contribute to strategic decision making and creative problem solving in order to optimize the transition between current and future system states
-
Ability to be a change agent, using influence, education and persuasion to build relationships and gain support for difficult changes
-
Conduct iterative agile software configuration sessions to ensure that all key internal consumer organization business objectives are met
-
Act as a primary analytical resource during deployment, cutover, and Hypercare phases
Training & Change Management
-
Partner with business stakeholders and process owners to understand impacts of system and process changes on end users across RTP.
-
Contribute to training strategy and design:
-
Help define learning objectives based on impact assessments and user feedback.
-
Develop or refine training materials, job aids, simulations, and quick reference guides for SAP S/4HANA and Ariba.
-

Deliver or support delivery of training sessions (virtual), including demos, hands-on labs, and Hypercare support.
-
Provide structured feedback from training and Hypercare back into change plans, communication content, and process documentation.
-
Monitor incident and defect logs (e.g., in JIRA and related tools), identify patterns, prioritize issues, and drive structured root-cause analysis with IT and process owners.
-
Translate issues and trends into actionable recommendations for system fixes, process changes, training updates, or controls.
-
Support stabilization of new processes and solutions by tracking KPIs (e.g., invoice processing time, error rates, supplier enablement metrics) and flagging risk areas.
Process & Solution Expertise
-
Serve as an SME-in-training on end-to-end Request to Pay processes, with particular depth in:
-
Request to Source / Procurement – requisitions, sourcing events, contracts, POs, supplier enablement.
-
Accounts Payable – invoice capture, three-way match, exceptions handling, payment run, vendor master.
-
Materials Management – material master, goods receipt, inventory movements, consumption, and related controls.
-

Understand how these processes are designed and executed in SAP S/4HANA and Ariba , including key master data, documents, and integration points.
-
Support fit-gap analysis and solution design workshops by documenting requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Technology & Tools (SAP, Ariba, JIRA, AI, etc.)
-
Utilize SAP S/4HANA and Ariba to analyze transactions, troubleshoot issues, and validate fixes throughout the transformation lifecycle.
-
Use JIRA (or similar tools) to log, manage, and report on defects, enhancements, and user stories; ensure traceability from issue to resolution.
-
Apply AI and automation tools (e.g., for summarizing incident trends, generating draft communications, analyzing large datasets, or automating repetitive tasks) to improve team productivity and reduce manual work.

Contribute to continuous improvement of the team’s toolset and ways of working, including templates, dashboards, and reusable analytical frameworks.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
-
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business , Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Information Systems , or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
-
5+ years of relevant work experience in business and process transformation, consulting, and project management
-
Significant Hands-on experience with SAP including understanding of configuration in any of the SAP modules SD, Material Management (MM), FI-CO (including Fixed Assets and Product Cost) and PS, is Highly Preferred
-
Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA processes and data structures within Request to Pay operations. Direct experience supporting SAP S/4HANA deployments, upgrades, or transformations in Finance, Procurement, or Supply Chain.

Experience with Hypercare or post go-live support for large system or process changes (e.g., ERP, Ariba, shared services transitions).

Demonstrated analytical thinking and data analysis skills, including:
-
Ability to interpret large data sets, identify patterns, and derive insights.
-
Proficiency with Excel and/or reporting/visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, KNIME, Python, SAP Analytics).
-

Hands-on experience with issue/defect management tools , such as JIRA , including logging, tracking, and reporting on issues or user stories.
-
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical/process concepts into clear messages for non-technical audiences.
-
Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced transformation environment.
-
Exposure to or hands-on involvement in training design/delivery, change management , or end-user enablement initiatives. Experience in developing training manuals and conducting training is a plus

Familiarity with AI tools and automation concepts (e.g., using AI assistants to draft documentation, analyze large datasets, assist in ticket triage, or automate data preparation).

Understanding of core Finance and Procurement concepts such as POs, GR/IR, invoice matching, payment terms, vendor master data, and internal controls.

Professional certifications or training in relevant areas (e.g., SAP, Ariba, Operational Excellence Lean/Six Sigma, Prosci or other change management methodologies) are a plus.
