What you will do (responsabilities):

The Strategic Pricing Coordinator will work with the South America Countries (Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay) as part of the CCA South America Strategic Pricing Team.

As a Strategic Pricing Coordinator, you will collaborate with multiple teams (e.g., Sales, Account Management, Product Managers, Global Pricing, Finance) and upper management across South America and other regions to ensure optimal pricing and maintain the specified Contribution Margin across all Parts Product Lines.

The ideal candidate can structure and understand complex problems, transforming them into compelling and actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, the candidate should be able to propose new strategies and analyses to enhance current pricing strategies and revenue management processes.

We support Product Managers by providing tools (Power BI, Pricing Intelligence System and reports), guidance, insights, and training, as well as monitoring price developments to identify trends and opportunities to grow the South America Aftersales business.

Your skills and abilities (required qualifications):
-
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, science, engineering, or related fields.

Proficiency in English / Spanish – minimum intermediate level .

Solid experience in commercial and analytical environments, with a focus on pricing and pricing modeling, finance, or related areas, supporting data‑driven business and market competitiveness decisions.

Experience with P&L and financial analysis (Net Sales, Contribution Margin, EBIT, etc.).
Proficiency with Power BI, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Databricks, and SAP ERP.

Experience in the automotive aftersales segment is desirable.

You demonstrate initiative and strong interpersonal skills.

Demonstrate a client-facing and strategic mindset, with strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with commercial, financial, product management, and sales teams, as well as senior leaders.

Excellent presentation skills.
