O que você irá fazer (responsabilidades):

  • Aplicar a política de Proteção Patrimonial na prevenção de perdas, furtos, roubos, atos ilícitos, fraudes ou desvios de procedimentos;

  • Realizar análises de riscos, adotar medidas preventivas e corretivas para proteger vidas, o patrimônio e restaurar as atividades normais de empresas;

  • Atuar na prevenção e combate a incêndio, através de medidas preventivas e corretivas de acordo com os procedimentos de Fire Protection da empresa;

  • Realizar investigações empresariais atendendo a política de sigilo e confidencialidade da informação e emitir relatórios sobre furtos, roubos, fraudes e desvios de procedimentos, fazendo recomendações pertinentes a ocorrência identificada;

  • Participar de processos de Auditoria Baseadas em Riscos;

  • Administrar equipes de Agentes de Security, Vigilantes e Bombeiros;

  • Assessorar a Liderança na implementação de práticas que visem garantir a integridade do patrimônio da empresa;

  • Administrar os contratos de serviços de prevenção a roubos e prevenção ou combate a incêndios;

  • Administrar o Plano de Resposta a Emergências de acordo com os requerimentos corporativos da General Motors e atuar na Comissão de Controle de Emergência e de Business Continuilty Plan;

  • Avaliar sugestões de melhores práticas que assegurem a proteção das pessoas e do patrimônio da empresa;

  • Representar o departamento de Security perante as autoridades policiais e Órgãos Públicos externo. 

Localidade: São José dos Campos/SP

Suas habilidades e competências (qualificações obrigatórias):

  • Formação superior completa (Preferencialmente em Direito, Administração, Logística, Administração, Tecnologia 9da Informação ou Psicologia);

  • Inglês mínimo intermediário;

  • Experiência em Forças Armadas (desejável SGT ou Oficial temporário), Forças Auxiliares Públicas (desejável Polícia Militar ou Civil) ou experiências como líder em Empresas de Segurança.

  • Disponibilidade para atuar 100% presencial em São José dos Campos/SP

  • Disponibilidade para viagens e para atuar aos fins de semana (em caso de eventuais necessidades)
