Hybrid: for this position is required to be on site 3x/week

What you will do (responsibilities):

  • Analyze financial performance through monthly actuals vs. budget reporting.
  • Prepare and present financial results to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.
  • Manage and manipulate large data sets from multiple systems; extract, consolidate, and transform information for reporting purposes.
  • Monitor key financial metrics such as EBIT, cash flow, and operating expenses.
  • Support financial planning processes across multiple markets (South America and North America).
  • Contribute to the development of business cases and financial analysis for strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial insights with business strategy.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality, and financial performance.

Your skills and abilities (required qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
  • Previous internship or early professional experience in finance or related areas.
  • Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, modeling, reporting).
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and challenge assumptions.
  • Critical thinking mindset with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills with ability to present financial information in a simple and clear way.
  • Experience working with data and financial systems.
  • Upper-intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and ability to learn quickly (“learn on the fly”).
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work in team environments.

What can give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):

  • Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of OneStream or similar financial consolidation systems.
  • Exposure to multinational environments or multi-market operations.
  • Strong presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated innovation mindset and continuous improvement orientation.
