Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as hybrid on night shift. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to GM Philippines office up to three times per week or other frequency dictated by the business.
The Role
Vehicle Purchase Program Supervisor at GM Philippines, Inc., you will lead and oversee a team responsible for delivering exceptional services, ensuring efficient and effective people operations aligned with global strategies.
What You'll Do

Supervise and mentor a team of Team Leaders, fostering their development and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Utilize Commercial Acumen to understand business needs and translate them into effective solutions.

Conduct Data Analysis to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and inform strategic decision-making.

Delegate Tasks effectively, ensuring proper workload distribution and timely completion of initiatives.

Manage End-to-End Project Management for various projects, from conception to implementation and post-launch evaluation.

Apply a Global Perspective to practices, ensuring alignment with GM's worldwide standards and initiatives.

Leverage Microsoft Power Business Intel for advanced reporting, data visualization, and analytics.

Implement Process-Driven Application methodologies to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Drive Team Development initiatives, including training, coaching, and performance management, to enhance team capabilities.

Employ Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to analyze and improve service delivery processes, identifying areas for waste reduction and efficiency gains.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree holder
-
Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role

Strong Commercial Acumen with the ability to understand business objectives and contribute to overall company success.

Demonstrated expertise in Data Analysis, including the use of analytical tools and techniques.

Excellent Delegating Tasks and project management skills, with a track record of successful project delivery.

Ability to operate with a Global Perspective, adapting service practices to diverse cultural and organizational contexts.

Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intel or similar business intelligence tools.

Experience with Process-Driven Application and a commitment to continuous process improvement.

Strong background in Team Development, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.

Knowledge and practical application of Value Stream Mapping (VSM) principles.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
