Posición híbrida 3 dias por semana en el sitio

  • Realizar de manera autónoma e integral el análisis de cada mercado, evaluando la evolución del market share de los modelos Chevrolet frente a sus principales competidores, identificando oportunidades, detectando desvíos y elaborando propuestas de acción concretas a partir de las conclusiones obtenidas.
  • Analizar y generar reportes de desvíos respecto del cumplimiento de targets por mercado y por modelo , liderando con alto nivel de autonomía la preparación de reuniones mensuales con los líderes de mercados y canales. Esto incluye desarrollar previamente un trabajo coordinado con los distintos equipos para asegurar encuentros productivos, con diagnóstico claro, prioridades definidas y planes de acción concretos .
  • Coordinar de punta a punta la organización del Broadcast Comercial de GM Argentina con la red de concesionarios, incluyendo la definición de agenda, recopilación de insumos, preparación de materiales y asegurando una ejecución ordenada y efectiva, con mínima supervisión .
  • Coordinar integralmente el Town Hall trimestral de VSM Argentina , siendo responsable por la preparación del contenido y de los materiales a presentar, garantizando consistencia del mensaje, calidad de la información y cumplimiento de tiempos.
  • Preparar de forma autosuficiente las Business Reviews mensuales , abarcando los tres mercados bajo responsabilidad, consolidando información clave, elaborando conclusiones ejecutivas y destacando riesgos, oportunidades y recomendaciones.
  • Proponer contenidos y preparar los materiales para ser presentados al CEO & EC de GMSA en el EC & Argentina: Biweekly Operational Steering Committee , generando análisis, mensajes y recomendaciones con criterio propio y capacidad para avanzar de inicio a fin en cada entregable.
  • Organizar las distintas Comisiones con la red de concesionarios y el Consejo Consultivo , incluyendo la Comisión Estratégica y de Ventas , asumiendo de manera autónoma la definición de los temas a tratar, la preparación de las presentaciones, la elaboración de minutas y el seguimiento posterior de los temas abiertos, impulsando su resolución y cierre dentro de los 30 días posteriores a cada comisión.

Requisitos (Habilidades requeridas)

-Título en marketing, comunicaciones, ingeniería industrial, administración de empresas, ciencias empresariales o carreras afines

-De 2 a 3 años de experiencia

-Experiencia comprobable de presentaciones a nivel ejecutivo

-Organización de reuniones, tawn hall, broadcast para red de concesionarios, tawn hall

-Habilidad de análisis para manejo de dashboards comerciales y analisis de datos para incluir en presentaciones

-Alto nivel de autonomía

-Ingles avanzado

-Manejo de MS office, power bi, canva

This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the selected candidate is expected to report to a specific location at least 3 times a week {or other frequency dictated by their manager}.
