Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as hybrid on day shift . This means the successful candidate is expected to report to GM Philippines office three times per week or other frequency dictated by the business.

The Role

Serve as a strategic business finance partner delivering timely and relevant financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting that drive informed business decisions. Provide analysis, insights and data-driven recommendations that support business goals while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. Demonstrates curiosity and initiates continuous process improvement and maintain a proactive and collaborative behavior in the workplace.

What You'll Do

  • Demonstrate deep functional knowledge, had breadth of experiences to work autonomously on complex business issues, may assist Leadership with strategy development

  • Proactively analyze business results (vs. forecast, budget and prior year) to identify trends, risks and optimize business results.

  • Able to address financial discrepancies and forecasting issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Apply financial analysis tools and work experiences to influence current and future profitability (e.g. financial models, business cases, run rate, advanced data analytics)

  • Effectively communicate financial performance and results of analysis performed to Senior Finance Leadership and key business partners anticipating questions

  • Prepare reporting package with insight for monthly operating review and /or Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), anticipating logical questions based on content

  • Operate autonomously, where ambiguity and time constraints exist, - Provide coaching / mentorship to new employees / interns

  • Proactively seeks opportunities to grow (e.g. develops new skills, attend training opportunities, network, feedback)

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)​​  

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Management Accounting

  • Budget Management Experience 1-3 years

  • Developing Business Plans Experience 1-3 years

  • Process Improvement Experience 1-3 years

  • Project Management Experience 1-3 years
