Description
Responsible for driving end-to-end fulfillment execution for fleet vehicles while enabling operational visibility through data management, analytics, and automation. This role serves as the central point for consolidating information across multiple systems and stakeholders, transforming data into actionable insights, improving process efficiency, and supporting timely delivery of vehicles to customers and dealers.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Fleet Fulfillment Management
Manage the operational fulfillment process from vehicle invoicing through final delivery, ensuring proper tracking, issue resolution, stakeholder coordination, and timely execution across the delivery network.
2. Operational Data Management and Visibility
Own the consolidation and governance of fulfillment information from multiple systems and business areas, maintaining a reliable single source of truth that enables accurate tracking of units, risks, bottlenecks, and operational performance.
3. Analytics, Reporting and Decision Support
Develop dashboards, performance reports, and analytical insights that provide visibility to leadership, commercial teams, and operational stakeholders, enabling proactive decision-making and improved business outcomes.
4. Automation and Digital Transformation
Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce manual activities, and improve execution through automation, AI-enabled solutions, automated alerts, and digital tools.
5. Stakeholder Coordination and Customer Experience
Partner with dealers, logistics providers, Quality, Sales, and internal operational teams to ensure alignment, accelerate issue resolution, and deliver a predictable customer experience throughout the fulfillment process.
6. Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence
Drive process optimization initiatives by leveraging data analysis, root-cause identification, and performance metrics to improve lead times, reduce aging, and enhance overall fleet fulfillment effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, process automation, intelligent agent development, and dashboard creation, as well as in cross-functional coordination with multiple departments and effective communication with stakeholders.
- English: Advanced
- Bachelor's degree or engineering degree - Desirable in Systems, Data Analysis, Artificial Intelligence, Data Management, or related fields, with knowledge of data analysis and management, automation, and process optimization.

This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the selected candidate is expected to report to a specific location at least 3 times a week {or other frequency dictated by their manager}.
The selected candidate will be required to travel <25% for this role.
This job is not eligible for relocation benefits. Any relocation costs would be the responsibility of the selected candidate.
