Career Re-launcher Support & Training
The Take 2 Career Re-launcher Program is designed to provide support & training for experienced professionals who took an employment break of two or more years in their field and have accepted a full-time offer with GM.
Take 2 is a self-paced program, allowing you to effectively balance work responsibilities and also have access to relevant training, professional development opportunities, company-wide networking and personalized mentoring/coaching that can help you succeed in your return to the workforce. Available roles that offer the Take 2 program will mention program specifics within the job requisition.
Women in Action
Women in Action is a self-paced, web-based learning program filled with content that helps women develop leadership skills and navigate some of the unique challenges they may face at all levels of business. Additionally, the GM Women Employee Resource Group fosters employee growth and networking opportunities, such as mentorship by women leaders.

The Career Ambassador Network is a group of employees who volunteer their time to help increase awareness and engagement among their teams with the career development resources and training curriculum available at GM. Currently, hundreds of employees across North and South America are signed up to serve as ambassadors and coordinate informal gatherings for their work groups, such as Lunch & Learns and TED Talk viewings.
